At Natural Hill Organic, we strive to deliver high-quality products with utmost care. Please read our policy below carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer returns or refunds for correctly delivered products.

1) Order Cancellation

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer.
• In rare cases, if we accept a cancellation, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
• The balance will be refunded within 1 business day and should reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.

2) Damaged Product Received

• You may request a free replacement or a refund if the product arrives damaged.
• Return shipping cost will be reimbursed only after:
  
  • We receive the damaged product, and
  • You share the shipping receipt with us.

3) Wrong Item Delivered

• If the wrong product is sent, we will:
  
  • Ship the correct item immediately, and
  • Arrange pickup of the wrong item from your address.
• You may also cancel the order and request a refund.

Important Guidelines on Returns

• No returns or refunds for correctly delivered products.
• Always email us at info@naturalhillorganic.com within 2 hours of receiving your order.
• If you refuse delivery, we will refund the product cost only.
• Send photos of any damage to the item or packaging, or call us at (+91) 79870 25005.
• Do not ship items back without our confirmation.
• Report all issues with an order at once, with detailed descriptions.
• Use a trackable courier service for returns.
• Return items within 7 working days of our approval, with original packaging and invoice.
• Opened or used products will not be accepted.
• We will inspect returned products and take corrective action.
• Ensure safe return shipping, just as we ensure safe delivery to you.
• If the return package is lost, we cannot be held responsible. Always share tracking info and retain the airway bill.
• Please mark returns as “Defective Return – Not for Sale“.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks, depending on your bank’s processing time.
